HCL has recently launched 3 new tablets in its ‘ME’ range. No other brand has launched 3 tablets at one go until now in the gadget market. All these latest tablets run on the Android Froyo version. The first tablet at the lowest price is the HCL Me AE7-A1.This one comes with a 7 inch resistive touchscreen, 800MHz processor, 256MB RAM and 2GB onboard memory. It also has GPS, integrated camera and Wifi facility.

The second model is known as the HCL Me AM7-A1.This device too runs on the 800MHz but has a 7 inch capacitive screen along with 512MB RAM and 8GB internal memory. This tablet is 3G ready unlike to the earlier one and has GPS, camera, Wifi and HD video capability.
The third member is called HCL Me AP10-A1 which is much expensive but has reasons like 10 inch screen, 1GHz processor and 16GB of internal memory to justify the price. Other features supported are Wifi, camera, 3G support and GPS facility.
